Tipping.
Restaurants and bars- Restaurants always include service charges by law, and these should be clearly stated on the menus, although a small tip will still be expected and very much appreciated.
Taxi- Tipping is quite discretionary, with taxi drivers usually being given a 5 to 10% gratuity or thereabouts, although this is by no means obligatory.
Hotels- Hotel staff, such as luggage handlers, happily accept a small tip.

Transport from Ibiza Airport.
There are 4 ways to get from Ibiza Airport to Ibiza - by bus, taxi, towncar or shuttle.
Bus.
During the summer season bus line 10 of Ibiza Bus leaves every 20 minutes in the direction of Ibiza Town. The bus runs via Sant Jordi de ses Salines and Ibiza Town to the port of Ibiza (Puerto de Ibiza). The stops in the street ‘Avinguda d’Espanya’ have the most central location in Ibiza Town. If you want to get off as close as possible to your hotel, it is wise to inquire with the bus driver.
Taxi.
Whichever terminal you exit from at Ibiza Airport you are sure to find a taxi that will be available to take you to the Ibiza city centre. It is certainly very reassuring to know that these taxis are available around the clock, you will therefore not be stranded even if your flight arrives at odd hours. Taxis in Ibiza are actually very comparable to the rest of Spain.

Benefit from the flexibility to tailor you journey to suit the ferry timetable. Avail of regular ferry departures from Ibiza from 07:00 AM to 09:30 PM in April and May and from September 18 to October 15.
