Aska is a 2 Michelin Star restaurant headed by Chef Fredrik Berselius who is inspired by his surroundings, using natural ingredients in creating his dishes. The interiors at Aska are dark and sleek allowing the perfectly decorated food to stand out. Aska is open from 5pm to 11pm so make your dinner reservation in advance to ensure a seat.

The Polo Bar

The Polo Bar by Ralph Lauren is a well-known bar in New York not only for its name but for the quality of food and drinks. The bar specializes in American seasonal classic cocktails and food. Once you are inside be surrounded by posh interiors and the occasional cigar smoke. The bar is open from 5pm to 11pm but a reservation in advance is advisable.  

Bathtub Gin

A sleek and unassuming speakeasy bar that serves creative and innovating cocktails. The best way to enter is through Stone Street Coffee as the entrance is purposely made mysterious and elusive. The bar has been generating a good buzz for a great place to find Gin based cocktails. The crowd here is diverse and ranges from NYC locals to others from other parts of the country or world and is also nominated in the World’s 50 Best Bars list.
