The space itself is rather small only fitting 6 tables in a compact setting, which means you may have to speak over quite a crowd. However they compensate with their gourmet snacks and cocktail options. They open at 1.30pm all the way until 1am. You can loose track of time here so we highly suggest coming here if you have a couple of hours to kick back and relax.

2. La Fisna

A much lesser known street-side bar known as La-Fisna is the place to visit if you are a wine lover. Here you can find some of the World’s best wine collection in an exposed break and high chair setting. You can enjoy creative side dishes such as laing, salmon and cannelloni. You may have to do some searching or get in touch with a local to find La Fisna. Opening just in time for after work the bar is open between 5pm and 6pm all the way until 12am. Low hanging lights and a gothic vibe is going to welcome you here at Santos y Desamparados. It is the one place you are garunteed to enjoy an old fashioned cocktail of your choice. Here you will find various crowds and ages spending their evenings in a lively atmosphere. You can stay here for most of your night as it only closes at 3am. Make a reservation prior as it can get crowded over the weekends.

4. 1862 Dry Bar

Located in one of Madrid’s most lively neighbourhoods, 1862 Dry Bar is plays tribute to the classic mixes, original recipes and techniques. Here you can find cool cocktails such as Mint Julep a mojito prepared bourbon, sugar and peppermint syrup. The crowd here is young, hip and looking for a long night. Open from 3pm to 2am you won’t feel time going as you sip drink after drink.
