Exquisite avant-garde cuisine in a modern and sleek atmosphere, DiverXO is a three Michelin Starred restaurant in the heart of the city. Every menu is a journey for the senses which can be from 2 to 4 hours long depending on the course. Seats can be tough to book so do put in your reservation early. Fine dining at a restaurant like DiverXO is a one of a kind experience and although the tickets can be on the pricy side the experience is worth it. The restaurant is open from 1pm to 5.30pm and opens again at 7.30pm up until 12.30am so you will have to book in a slot accordingly.

DSTAgE

A typical fine dining Spanish Restaurant in a chic venue with a long tasting menu and a range of wines to try. DSTAgE is a two Michelin Starred restaurant and is also in the list of World’s Best Restaurants 2022.  Just before diners are served they are taken to view the open kitchen which is also the center of attraction in the courtyard-style dining room, here they can indulge in creative, handful bites before the main meal.

Marcano

Another contemporary, minimalistic restaurant decorated with an urban vibe. The interior maybe lowkey but the food surely is not. The cuisines encompass an Asian and American twist using quality ingredients and has been on the Michelin Guide since 2015. The space is divided into a restaurant and a bar featuring high bar stools and an array of wines and spirits. The restaurant is open from 12.30pm to 12am however you may need to make a reservation before visiting.

Santerra Restaurante

In a mood for Mediterranean? Santerra offers flavourful cuisine in a sophisticated fine dining setting. The bar attached to the restaurant offers a great place to start before heading to the restaurant for your meal. The restaurant is open from lunch time all the way until 1am. Have a taste of Chef Miguel Carretero’s exquisite ability to blend in flavour like no one else.

La Tasquita De Enfrente

 If you are in the mood to splurge on a divine tasting menu then La tasquita de enfrente is the place to go. A hidden gem with limited seating Chef Juanjo Lopez is known to create outrageously creative dishes giving Spanish cuisine the recognition it deserves. The restaurant operates in two shifts. Lunch is served between 1.30pm and 4.30pm and opens again from 8 to 11pm.
